  • 400,000 young people in India are gaining the skills they need for in-demand careers. 🚀 India has one of the world’s largest youth populations, yet only 5% have access to formal vocational training. • Dr. Kevin Kumar came to Austin to ensure children with complex brain conditions receive the most advanced care possible. At Dell Children’s Medical Center, Dell Medical School at the University of Texas at Austin, and UT Health Austin, he’s pioneering new treatments—integrating leading-edge research with precision surgery to improve outcomes for young patients. The partnership between Dell Medical School—the anchor of the new University of Texas Medical Center—and Dell Children’s bridges the gap between world-class research and hands-on patient care, bringing new therapies from the lab to the operating room faster. By working with experts in biomedical engineering and pharmacology at The University of Texas at Austin, Dr. Kumar and his team are developing groundbreaking therapies that could reshape pediatric neurosurgery.
