Investment Advisor | Life Sciences Team (Maternity Cover)

Currently, we are seeking a highly ambitious professional with experience in business development, consulting or the life sciences industry to join us as an Investment Advisor for Medical Technology. Working together with a team of highly motivated professionals, you will contribute to developing strategies for national industry development, and the largest foreign investment projects and will get exposure to the most innovative local and international businesses. We invite you to:

• Assist in crafting industry development strategies, and identify measures to improve local investment and business climate.
• Assist in developing sales plans, communication strategies, and pitch Lithuania’s value proposition to the world’s leading MedTech companies.
• Provide expert support in attracting large international companies to Lithuania (focusing on the MedTech industry).
• Gradually build a strong network of international C-level executives, renowned business consultants and service providers.
• Help manage key international and local stakeholders, organize business meetings and provide ongoing support to existing investors.
• Plan and implement sales and marketing activities that present Lithuania in a positive light.
• Take part in various international and local events, proactively looking for foreign direct investment projects.
• Keep a close eye on global trends in the MedTech, HealthTech and Life Sciences industries.
• Support Senior colleagues in day-to-day activities.

What do we expect from you?

• Your unique experience – at least 2-3 years in the field of sales, management consulting or business development, preferably in an international B2B environment.
• An understanding of Lithuania’s business environment and basic economic literacy, an interest in investment attraction in the field of life sciences or technology sectors. In-depth knowledge of the MedTech sector (both in Lithuania and abroad) is a big plus.
• Excellent planning, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinking, strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1) and Lithuanian.
• Proactiveness, creativity and the drive to improve, learn and achieve big results– in other words, a desire to challenge and change the status quo.
