4.5 Stars I really enjoyed this novella so much! It's a perfect holiday read especially when Mick and Juliette go on their trip. It made me happy to see Juliette enjoying herself for once without worrying about everything on her plate. Mick wants to help her ease her load, but Juliette is one stubborn lady who feels like she needs to control everything. Watching her let her hair down with Mick at the Inn they stayed. It was a fast read for me, but a very enjoyable one.

I absolutely love a snowed-in scenario! Bit of a stereotype gender flip too with Juliette being the hard-headed one - until Mick made her see the light with his steady silent support. And reliable as all of Kaits books are, throwing some steam and a little drama in with the romance - a perfect weekend read!
