We’re on the lookout for a Dutch-speaking Sales Supervisor to join our team of game-changers who engage with customers from a leading technology brand.

What you will do in this role

As a Sales Supervisor on our team, you will:

• Monitor and report team performance. Provide feedback on individual performance
• Coach team member to meet and exceed targets
• Control turnover and retain potential and motivated team members
• Maintain all knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers
• Make sure processes and procedures are up to date and followed by the team
• Ensure contractual SLA is maintained. Prepare Service Level Reviews and attend Service Level Review meetings
• Maintain contact with the client regarding cases, new procedures, applications, tools, etc
• Collect metrics, analyze them and report to the relevant stakeholder (client / management team / quality team)

• Are proficient or bilingual in Dutch and have and advanced level of English
• Have previous sales experience in sales, preferably in the tech industry
• Have previous experience in a management role
• Are an excellent communicator
• Have people management skills 
• Have business knowledge and commercial awareness
• Have decision-making and time management skills
