If I book my free space for this event and later are unable to attend after all, what shall I do?

As we are limited to 100 attendees including the panellists, we would be very grateful if you could kindly let us know so that we can allow anyone on a waiting list to come along in your place.

Question 4

Can I share my Zoom invitation link with someone else?

Accepted Answer

No, please do not share the link with anyone, as we can only accommodate 100 attendees and wish to make sure everyone who signs up for their free ticket can join in. You are of course very welcome to send them a link to our Event here on Eventbrite for them to also book on!

Question 5

When and how will I receive the Zoom link for the event?

Accepted Answer

Once registered you will receive an e-mail from Eventbrite with all the information you need. The ticket will have links to add the event to your calendar, and a link to the event page where your Zoom access will be live 15 minutes before our event is due to start on the 11th March.
