I hope you had a great time participating in our GDSO 4.0!
We're back to our normal rhythm now and I have a new challenge for you!
Are you ready to play with me?
This month I propose you to play with a MIX UP challenge… but with a little TWIST!
What’s a MIX UP challenge?
It’s pretty simple since all you have to do is use the kits from two different PBP designers to create your page. And here’s the twist: your layout must be a SPRING layout.
You can scrapbook about what you like about spring, or what you don't like, about what feelings the return of spring provokes in you, about your favorite spring activities, etc... the field of possibilities is infinite and I'm sure you'll easily find inspiration.
So, for this challenge you have to:
• create a SPRING-themed layout using kits/collections from TWO different PBP designers
NOTE: the purpose of this challenge being to create your own mix of kits, Mystery Box kits, PBP Shop collabs, Berry Blends Kits, Digi Duos & Trios and templates are not allowed.
• make sure to respect a 50/50 split of products from each designer
note: for this challenge only, you must use 50% Bellisae Designs products (instead of 100%) if you want to qualify for my Annual Special Prize,
• LIST all the items used from each designer (see my sample layout below) when you post your layout here,
• have fun!
Here’s the layout I created for this challenge
using:
- 15 items from my new SPRING STORIES | collection (1 paper, 1 transfer, 1 spray, 1 paint, 1 floral stamp, 3 flowers, 1 foliage, 2 journal cards, 1 thread, 1 mesh, 1 bead scatter, 1 raffia bow)
- 15 items from SPRING SWING | mini kit by @chunlin designs (1 paper, 1 accent, 1 stamp, 1 dymo label, 1 stain, 3 leaves, 1 black frame, 3 flowers, 1 staple, 2 tags).
The 2 papers are blended together and I used some items multiple times.

Challenge Requirements:
• Create a layout following the instructions above
• your layout must be created with 75% current PBP Designers’ Products. You may use product from any of our active designers.
• You may use retired product if it was retired from PBP in the last three months. The retired product can only account for the 25% “non-current” PBP Designs.
NOTE: by using 100% Bellisae Designs products (50% for this MIX UP challenge only) you will receive a small gift from me at the end of the month PLUS you may qualify for my Annual Special Prize (please read the conditions at the end of this post)
• Your layout must be a NEW layout and must be used for this challenge only.
• Upload your layout to your PBP Gallery, to the PBP Team Challenges, to the Designer Challenge Gallery AND make sure to link the products used in the credits.
• Add your layout to this thread so that we can all see the layouts everyone has done.
• Link your post in this thread to your gallery layout so people can leave you some love.
• Make a post in this month’s tracking thread for all of your challenges.
• Add the gallery link for your layout from this challenge to your tracking post. (Please do not add images to the tracking thread.) That way we’ll be able to easily see who has earned the monthly prize.
• The deadline for this challenge is March 31, 2024.
MONTHLY CHALLENGE PRiZE
