During the past 50 years , American elites have been systematically indoctrinated to embrace a "disgusting" world view that judges every person and action solely by identity. In this "woke" world view, there is no right or wrong. No good or evil. No achievement or failure. There is only a "binary" conflict between those "victim" groups deemed to be without power or "agency" and "oppressor" groups with power and agency. "Victim" groups are often described as "people of color". That category usually includes all Muslims regardless of skin color. However, victim groups can sometimes include gay, trans, or even female whites. "Oppressor" groups are usually whites in general and heterosexual white males in particular. People in "victim" groups can never be blamed or punished for any evil or wrong things they do, because they are said to have no power. They are like children. Therefore, any wrong or evil they do is the fault of some "privileged" oppressor grown-up who triggered their anger. People in "oppressor" groups are presumed to be evil and wrong no matter how kind, compassionate, or helpful they are. All Arabs who call themselves Palestinians in Gaza are "people of color", weak, and victims, and therefore automatically right and virtuous. All Jews, especially those who live in Israel, are "white", privileged, powerful, and automatically wrong and evil. This "disgusting" world view is in some way imbedded in almost every media news story, public school and college course, and every Disney animated cartoon since Pocahontas in 1995.
