April 10, 2025
It's that time of year again. Welcome to the 2025 Opportunities and Access Report!
The Oregon State Marine Board is thrilled to bring Oregon's boaters a convenient, weekly quick-reference guide to many of our state's public boating access sites. This valuable resource is carefully compiled by one dedicated individual who gathers information from official websites, social media posts, and weekly communications with facility managers. We strive to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information, with details being current within 24 hours of publication.
Many Oregon reservoirs have rising water levels, and rivers are full and running fast. This means the water is cold and there is significant floating debris.
Remember to check for and report boating obstructions.
Boating Obstruction Reporting Tools.
Oregon Parks and Recreation Department (OPRD) has launched an online survey to better understand how residents use land and water trails throughout Oregon and identify opportunities for improvement. The survey will collect feedback now through April 30. It is open to all trail users and potential trail users including hikers, bikers, equestrians, OHV and ATV riders, snowmobilers and paddlers who recreate on any public lands or water bodies in Oregon, not just Oregon State Parks.
We invite you to take the survey and ask for your help to spread the word to more partners and trail users!
The Oregon State Marine Board welcomes you to share your thoughts on the Cycle 1 Facility Grant applications. We invite you to visit our website to view the exciting projects that our Board will be voting on in June.
