Level one - please do 45-60 minutes power walking or low impact cardio, OR try the sprint audios and walk faster or jog a little quicker rather than sprint.
Level two - sprint your socks off!
You can find 2 x sprint audios on the Week 1 page, one is 25 minutes long and the other 20 minutes. You can download them to iTunes! Please do them back to back; take care as they are designed to push you and please press pause or take longer recoveries from the sprints if you need to!
