USET SPF submitted comments
on March 31, 2021 on DOT’s implementation of Executive Order 13175, “Consultation and Coordination with Indian Tribal Governments”. We stressed the importance of the Section 106 National Historic Preservation Act and issues Tribal Nations experienced during the implementation of Positive Train Control.
