Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Progressive and Geico Insurance, Office Depot, and BMW, Jeep, and General Motors sponsored programs on MSNBC and CNN. Fox News charged much lower rates. Yet it could only sell Tucker Carlson spots to small "second tier" sponsors like My Pillow, Nutrisytem, Granite Stone pots and pans, and Relief Factor. Why?
